Areas we are actively looking
Below is where we currently have work. We deliberately do not publish details about the people we support. Tell us your county and your availability and we will match you against what is open.
Hamilton County
Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Our largest area by some distance. Shifts range from a few hours a week to full time, including weekday afternoons and evenings, weekend daytimes, and overnight work.
Clermont County
Batavia, Amelia, Milford, Goshen and Bethel. Substantial weekday afternoon and evening hours plus weekend daytime. Medication certification opens more of this area.
Butler County
Hamilton, Fairfield, Middletown and West Chester. A mix of short weekday visits and larger weekly commitments.
Warren County
Mason, Lebanon and Springboro. Typically weekday late afternoons into the evening, with some weekend work.
Summit County
Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Stow. An area where we especially want to hear from people, including full-time weekday evening work.
Montgomery County
Dayton and surrounding areas. We have work here and few people, so applications from this county move quickly.
Hancock County
Findlay and Fostoria. Real demand here and very few people on our books locally, so applications from this county move fast.
Delaware County
Delaware, Powell and Lewis Center. Growing steadily and currently under-served by us.
Elsewhere in Ohio
We are certified across all eighty-eight counties. Apply from anywhere in the state and we will keep you in matching as work opens near you.
Shifts vary a great deal. Some are a few hours on a single afternoon, others are closer to full time. A small shift is a real job to us and a genuine way to start, so please do not rule yourself out because you can only offer part of a week. Tell us your availability and we will match against it.

An honest note about timing. Openings depend on referrals we have actually been awarded. We will never tell you a shift is yours before the contract is in hand. If something is still a possibility rather than a certainty, we will use that word.
What you can expect from us
$17 to $20 an hour
Where you land in that range depends on your experience, your certifications and the county. Mileage is reimbursed when you drive for work, and we will tell you the exact rate for a specific opening before you commit to anything.
Scheduling that fits your life

Help getting certified
If you are missing CPR, First Aid or the DODD eight-hour orientation, we will point you to how to complete them and work with you on the timeline.
Room to grow
As the agency grows there will be lead and coordinator roles. People already here get first look at them.
Actual communication
You get a reply within 48 hours. If we do not have an update, we will tell you that instead of going quiet.
Work that matters

Requirements
Experience helps, but character matters more. We can train skills. We cannot train someone into being patient and reliable.
Before we can consider you
- Driver's license, front and back
- DODD eight-hour orientation certificate
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Social Security card, for I-9 verification
- High school diploma or equivalent
Needed before a placement starts
- Your WebCheck fingerprint receipt, and the signed state attestation form we send you. Those two let you start working while the results come back, so this does not have to hold up a placement
- Ohio BMV driver's abstract
- Any additional certifications you hold, such as CNA, HHA or medication administration
- Proof of auto insurance if you will be transporting anyone
