Warren placements often suit somebody who wants steady weekday afternoons and evenings rather than early mornings. School day ends, you pick up, and the rest of the shift is community time.
Getting around. I-71 and I-75 both run through Warren, which makes it the easiest county to work if you sit between the two cities. Mason to Lebanon is twenty minutes. Springboro to Dayton is fifteen. If you have been turning down work because it was all in one city, this is the county to look at.

Requirements
- DODD eight hour orientation certificate, or willingness to complete it
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Social Security card, for I-9 verification
- Experience as a DSP, STNA, HHA, caregiver, home health aide or personal care aide is welcome. We also train the right person
