Hancock is a smaller market and placements come up less often. When they do, we need somebody local who is already known to us and already cleared, because there is no time to start from scratch.
Getting around. I-75 runs straight through Findlay and US-224 crosses it. Nothing in this county is far from anything else, which is a real advantage over the big metro areas.

Requirements
- DODD eight hour orientation certificate, or willingness to complete it
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Social Security card, for I-9 verification
- Experience as a DSP, STNA, HHA, caregiver, home health aide or personal care aide is welcome. We also train the right person
